Tasty and Light Summer Dessert!
Sometimes, summer simply calls for ice cream.But that doesn't necessarily mean you need to sit outside your freezer with a pint and a spoon.Try this tasty and light berry float for a refreshing ice cream treat in reasonable portions and with lots of nutrients.Skinny Berry and Cream FloatServes: 1 | Serving Size: 1 cupIngredients:
- 1/4 cup strawberry ice cream
- 1/4 cup quartered strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup soda water
Directions:
- Place the berries in a glass.
- Add the ice cream.
- Pour the soda water into the glass and serve immediately.
