Pear Yogurt Snack PlatePear Yogurt Snack PlateServes: 1 | Serving Size: 1 PlateIngredients:

  • 1/4 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon berry coulis, unsweetened

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the pear slices on a non-stick silicon mat or parchment paper for 1 hour. Let cool.
  2. Scoop the yogurt onto the plate. Top with the pears, almonds, and honey, spooning the coulis alongside.
