Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tablespoon guacamole
- 1/4 cup heated black beans
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 jalapeno, sliced
Instructions
- Wrap the tortilla in plastic and place it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spread guacamole on the tortilla. Place chicken in the middle and top with the rest of the ingredients. Roll up like a taco or burrito.
- Chef's Tips: Substitute spinach for lettuce for a few extra nutrients.
