Ingredients

  • 2 cups black beans cooked, drained
  • 1 each onion chopped
  • 1 tsp oil olive
  • 2 cups broth low sodium
  • 1 each avocado diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup red cabbage sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Drain the black beans in a colander.
  2. Sauté the onion in the oil until soft, about 2 minutes. Add the black beans and broth, garlic powder, paprika, and hot sauce. Cook until the onions are tender, about 14 minutes.
