This delicious berry parfait is infinitely adaptable!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat light vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced berries or 1/4 cup dried fruit
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Layer strawberries and yogurt in glass or dessert bowl. Top with whipped cream.
  2. Chef's Tips: For a tart twist, substitute nonfat Greek yogurt and a dash of honey for the nonfat light strawberry yogurt.
