March is always our favorite month since it is National Nutrition Month (R) by the Academy of Nutrition and Science. This year’s issue is dedicated to sustainable eating and research.

The recipes in this issue were designed for easy cooking demos. The salad can be prepped and assembled by the participants (wash hands first of course). And the sheet pan dinner can be baked ahead of time for tasting but assembled in front of the audience. Both dinners are designed to be "vegetable-heavy", easy to make, and loved by all.
