Fun Fruit Trivia: Figs

Today, figs finally get their moment in the spotlight. Check out these fun fig facts!Fun Fact #1: Technically, figs aren't fruits! They're inverted flowers! We still count them as fruits thanks to their nutrient and fiber content, but technically, a bunch of figs could be part of a bouquet!Fun Fact #2: Figs vary widely in appearance. Most figs have purple or green skins with yellow flesh and seeds, but others can have white or black skins.
