Nutrition Month Handout

#Food—the most popular hashtag on Instagram—has more than 250 million posts on the platform. It is clear that people love to share what they are making on social platforms.

Food Connects Us is the 2025 theme for Nutrition Month (R) by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. You can read more about them at eatright.org.

Here is a handout we made that encourages everyone to get together in person and support each other’s healthy eating efforts in a fun way.
