Jack Fruit Sliders

Watch this 20 second video to learn to make meat-free sliders using jackfruit. They are lower in fat, calories, and sodium from regular pulled pork or sloppy joe sliders. So tasty! Here is the link to the recipe.

Jackfruit Sliders taste so delicious with their spicy sauce and “pulled” jackfruit. The filling tastes like pulled pork with a sloppy joe sauce. No one will realize this meat-free version is much lower in fat, calories, and sodium. This video shows how this jackfruit dish goes together in about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Enjoy!
