Here is how to make overnight oats; all you need is milk, yogurt, flavorings, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. It is great for a snack, breakfast, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Stir the yogurt, milk, vanilla, and syrup together.
  2. Fold in the oats and chia seeds
  3. Fold in half of the fruit, reserving the other half for topping.
  4. Add to 2 serving bowls. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Top with the rest of the fruit. Serve and enjoy!
