This delicious salad contains just two ingredients. Serve it as a salad or dessert during summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 mini seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the diced watermelon in a bowl. Stir in the chopped mint.
  2. Garnish with a few whole leaves of mint.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.
