Vacationing?

Try to find hotels with microwave ovens and refrigerators so you can make some means yourself to save calories and dough:

Breakfast: cereal, yogurt, fruit.
Snacks: Yogurt, fruit
Lunch: Sandwiches with peanut butter, jam, fruit and chips
Dinner: Microwave pasta and salad or eat a healthy dinner out

Cooler 101:

Water, low-calorie beverages; baby carrots; fresh fruits: grapes,
apples, plums, peaches and whole grain sandwiches.
