Introduce your participants to soy milk with this fun and easy recipe:

Sunrise Smoothie

1 cup fortified soy milk (perfect for National Soy Month)

1/2 cup orange juice (why not use calcium-fortified)

1/4 cup wheat germ

1 banana

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
