Cranberry Sauce

Serves 6 | Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Total Time: 15 min | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 10 min
Here is a classic fresh cranberry sauce to use during holiday season or any time of year. It has just the right amount of sweet and tart flavors. Cranberries are a good source of Vitamin C.

12-ounces fresh cranberries
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
Place all ingredients in medium-sized sauce pan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower heat to simmer. Cook until cranberries are tender, about 10 minutes.

Chill until ready to use.
Chef's Tips:
If you don't have a cinnamon stick, add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
