Raspberry Apple Sauce

Serves 24 | Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Total Time: 40 min | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 35 min

8 fresh apples (gala, Macintosh, empire, etc)
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp apple pie spice or ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh raspberries
Core and quarter the apples. Place them in a large roasting pan with the water, sugar, and apple pie spice. Bake on 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the apples are tender.
Mash the apples and then puree them in a food processor with the raspberries.
Refrigerate until ready to use for up to a week.
Serve any time of the day with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or desserts.
