I just got an inspiring email from Roberta Arthur, and I want to share it with you!

Thank you for your continued messaging of FOOD!  As a struggling two year diabetic (Type 2), I am always at odds about when to eat, when to exercise and when I can have a hobby or meet up with friends.  Food is always a struggle.  Just when I state my claims that I’m off all carbs, it’s broken as quickly as I made the claim.

I would like to make my own menu for 1-2 weeks at a time where it’s realistic for me.  I know I have a couple of support people that I can run it through to make sure I’m on track.  So much of information and websites that offer menus and such are usually for non-diabetics.

Once I got this message, my team and I got to work. A series about menus for diabetes has already begun to grace our newsletters. Have you seen Diabetes Breakfast Ideas and Diabetes Lunch Ideas? These are member-exclusive posts, and more articles are on the way in upcoming editions! And here is a larger collection of useful diabetes resources, just for you!

Don't miss these fun diabetes quizzes!

And of course, there are earlier collections of diabetes materials too!

Plus, I've dug up one of our most popular handouts for your perusal. Check it out!diabetestypesOf course, who could forget these amazing diabetes materials...[shopify embed_type="product" shop="nutrition-education-store.myshopify.com" product_handle="12-lessons-of-diabetes-program" show="all"][shopify embed_type="product" shop="nutrition-education-store.myshopify.com" product_handle="diabetes-poster-how-to-carb" show="all"][shopify embed_type="product" shop="nutrition-education-store.myshopify.com" product_handle="managing-diabetes-for-the-holidays" show="all"]
