Cranberry RelishCranberry Apple Relish

Serves: 10 | Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: ??

12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
2 large apples, diced
1/4 cup dried and minced onion
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup apple juice
Dash of cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.

Cook on low heat until the apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
