Chef’s Tips:

This plate offers a great way to breathe new life into daily snacks. It’s balanced, nutritious, and totally delicious. Plus, once you have the pears and the coulis, it comes together in a snap!

To make the coulis, thaw frozen mixed berries then blend in a blender or food processor until smooth. You can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge for later snacks.

Slice up a pear or two to get a bunch of the baking out of the way and have plenty of pear slices on hand for this quick snack plate.
