Meet Bell Peppers
Bell peppers are crunchy, sweet vegetables that come in a variety of colors. Did you know that red bell peppers are often simply ripened green bell peppers? Red bell peppers are usually the sweetest kind of bell pepper, followed by yellow and orange bell peppers, with green bell peppers as the least sweet. Purple and white bell peppers also exist, though these are rarer than the others.
