Trish Kazacos, RD, YMCA Fitness Specialist, is teaching two classes called “Eating Healthy During the Holidays.” Trish will be preparing three recipes at each class:

1. A low-fat dip that one could take to a holiday party

2. A quick salad or wrap sandwich

3. A slow-cooker meal

The idea is to give practical recipes that allow for minimal preparation during a hectic holiday schedule. Trish also will give ideas of mini workouts they can do at home.
