Microwave-Baked Apples

8 apples, cored and wedged

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup water

Place apples in microwave-safe container and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir and serve warm or refrigerate for later use.
