Apples vs Chips

- Nonfat yogurt
- Baby carrots
- Red grapes
- Dried cranberries
- Sodium-free low-fat crackers
- Celery Sticks
- Microwave baked potato or yam
- Berry smoothie
8 apples, cored and wedged
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup water
Place apples in microwave-safe container and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir and serve warm or refrigerate for later use.
