Chicken Sizzler

Here is a lively chicken dish that has a lot of flavor. Serve it for lunch or dinner with rice and lots of grilled veggies.Rice:

  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup chopped green onion

Grilled Chicken Sizzler:

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
  • Dash hot sauce
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Dash of vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp each of garlic powder and dried ginger

Cook the rice according to the package directions. Keep hot until ready to serve. Rub the chicken with the rest of the ingredients. Broil or grill the cubes until cooked through. Serve with the brown rice and top with green onions.Serve with grilled vegetables.Traditionally this dish is served on a very hot metal plate or pan so that it “sizzles” at the table.Serves 4. Each 1 cup serving: 240 calories, 3g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 0g trans fat,38 mg cholesterol, 167 mg sodium, 36.5g carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 1g sugars, 17 g protein.
