Braised Baby Turnip GreensBraised Baby Turnip Greens Serves: 4Serving Size: 1/2 cupIngredients:

  • ?3 cups baby turnip greens
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions: Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet or wok. Add the onions; stir well, cover, and cook until the onions are caramelized, about 8 minutes.Add the greens, broth, and seasonings.
