Chocolate Basket Project

Looking for a fun spring or Easter project? Check out our pretzel basket.The idea is simple. Dip pretzel sticks in a little chocolate and arranging on a plastic-wrap-lined bowl to create a basket.Fill with dried fruits, nuts, chocolates, or whatever you desire.Learn how in 13 seconds![video width="1080" height="1080" mp4="https://foodandhealth.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/basket-animation.mp4"][/video]The trick is to use tempered couverture chocolate. I used about 8 ounces of tempered chocolate and about 8 ounces of pretzels and put them over a 1-quart bowl covered with plastic wrap. Remove from the plastic wrap when it is almost set so you don't crack it.The basket is filled with chocolate truffles, dried apricots, dried strawberries, and pistachios.Enjoy!Want something using fruit?
