Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce

This simple sauce is so delicious no one will realize we used a little less sugar!

  • 8 ounces cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 each zest and juice, orange
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ground)
  1. Place all ingredients in nonstick sauce pan. Cook covered over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until cranberries are tender. Allow to cool. Serve chilled or warm.
