BLTA Salad

Using just a little bit of bacon really makes all of these veggies irresistable!

  • 4 pieces bacon (cooked to a crisp)
  • 6 cups lettuce (mixed greens, washed and ready to eat)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 each avocado (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  1. Toss the greens and dressing together.

  2. Place the salad on plates.

  3. Top with tomatoes, avocado, and a few pieces of broken bacon.

  4. Croutons are optional.
