Activity Ideas for Seniors

- Attend a chair aerobics class such as Silver Sneakers.
- Use a warm water pool for aerobics or other classes.
- Walk at the mall or on an indoor track with a friend or family member.
- Use small hand weights or stretch bands at home for resistance training.
- Ride a stationary bike or use a rowing machine if you’re not stable on your feet.
