I’ve had the loveliest start to spring and I hope you have too. It was a busy month, in the best way, and I was thrilled to see how much you’re enjoying the resources we debuted in May.

Our MyPlate for Summer series is already topping the charts, and the most popular installment this month was The Benefits of Following MyPlate this Summer.

Lynn Grieger, RDN, CDCES, CHWC, CPT’s series on functional ingredients continues to be the most popular part of our members-only newsletter. For the May edition, her spotlight on Collagen got the highest number of views, along with the most engagement. Have you seen it yet?

And finally, wow! Have you ever been busy in the kitchen! Although all the recipes we featured were more popular than we could ever dream, the one to take the… ahem… cake was the Farmer’s Market Salad. Try it out, if you haven’t already!
