

As you could see in the post New Sugar Guidelines for Kids, the American Heart Association recently released a statement that advises all children between the ages of 2 and 18 to consume no more than 6 teaspoons of added sugars per day.
That's sage advice, but sometimes it can be a bit tough to follow.
That's why I've created this colorful infographic, which shows what how much sugar is in those 6 teaspoons, along with servings of common foods that contain roughly that much added sugar. Check it out!
