At this point, I've decided not to bill for products after they've been shipped. Instead, my team and I will require payment before sending items out of the Nutrition Education Store or Food and Health.
It's easy to pay online with a credit card, Amazon account, or PayPal. If you need to send a purchase order, we can issue an invoice by email and then ship the items once that invoice is paid by check or Automated Clearing House (ACH).
We're a small company and we would rather not waste our resources on mailing multiple copies of invoices and calling over and over to get paid. Very few customers use purchase orders, so we are discontinuing billing. This allows us to focus our resources on all customers fairly.
We have maintained our steady prices, fast and free shipping, and extensive inventory, even though our vendors and shippers are raising prices. We want to be a creative service, not a billing collection service.
It's easy to pay online with a credit card and get your items shipped right away. It's also simple to get an invoice and send a check, ACH payment, or call us on the phone with your credit card.
