		<description>I am so excited by this DVD and I can&#039;t even see the video! We are going to do something like this for National Nutrition Month 2010. We had a class last year on Eating Healthy on a Budget. This just sounds like a sequel to what we presented. We could actually prepare some of the recipes and serve at the event. Thanks so much for your hard work.

Thanks for your kind words. Most meals serve 4 but you can expand them as you wish for more or if you have less then save the leftovers for the next day.
