		<description>Red currants have a lot of small seeds.  I would cook them first in water, strain the seeds out and make sauce, then add the sugar and the blueberries and raspberries in the currant sauce.  Unless you don&#039;t mind the seeds!  I haven&#039;t seen red currants in the market here, but wish they were available.  How much did they cost up there in Ontario?</description>
