This is our deli drawer. Instead of ham and cheese, it holds pears, apples, tangerines, dried cranberries, raisins, bagged grapes and containers of applesauce and cubed peaches in juice. All are ready to be snacks on the go.

We have also prepared peeled Clementines, grapefruit sections and berry salad. The latter is made with dried cranberries, halved strawberries and fresh blueberries.

The key limes are in season and we use them in salads and with baked chicken and fish.
